Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong design/size by mistake, we will make it right!

• No need to mail it back: To save you time and carbon emissions, we do not require returns for damaged goods.

• The Process: Simply email Support@commongroundco.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will get a replacement out to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.

Sizing & Buyer's Remorse

Because each shirt is printed-to-order especially for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind. Please check the Size Chart on each product page carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit for your next day in the garden!
